Medifast meal and diet delivery plan – when I started with this meal delivery service, all I knew was that I have 2 friends that has lost well over 40 pounds…thanks to the dishes and meals that Medifast has provided. Personally, this intrigued me a lot! I know a lot of celebrities getting paid to endorse a certain diet, meal plan, or weight loss service…BUT never have I seen 2 average Joes and Janes like me who have so much weight in a healthy and safe manner while enjoying the process.

Basically, Medifast diet delivery service relies greatly on high proten meal replacement program. The meal plan is consisted of 6 dishes that you need to consume throughout the day…dishes that have been carefully prepared to give your metabolism the boost it badly needs. This in turn will encourage your body to burn it’s own fat. Overall, this idea sounded plausible and convenient. I decided to test Medifast and here’s what I found…

Initially, I only tasted some of the dishes that Medifast is serving to its clients…thanks to a coworker who has just committed herself to the diet. And I’m very pleased as far as taste is concerned! Never have I thought that gourmet and restaurant-quality dishes could be so healthy and helpful for losing weight. I love the shakes that they have. They’re very good! And no matter how much of them I consume, it didn’t hurt my weight loss results. The bars – including mint chocolate as well as peanut butter…coupled with oatmeal, eggs, pudding, etc. are very appealing to my tastebuds. Another thing I like about the Medifast diet delivery service is that I can customize the meals and dishes that I get. This allows me to pick only the foods I like.

BUT here’s the question – how hard is it to keep up with the Medifast Diet? The answer – not too hard! However, keep in mind that it’s still a diet. There are strict guidelines and rules that you have to follow if you want to see significant weight loss results. You need to wave goodbye to unhealthy eating and set those junk foods aide. But once you get used to it, you will start to drop weight and you won’t even have to exert any significant effort to follow the diet plan that medifast has outlined for you. I used to love chips, burgers, and other meals that are greasy. But now, thanks to Medifast, I can easily steer clear from them…knowing that I have healthier options to resort to.

As for the hunger pangs, it’s not as bad as I thought. Yes, you won’t suffer from hunger pangs like you would in other diet and meal plans. You see, you get to eat every couple of hours and that assures that you won’t starve. Not to mention you don’t have to go out of your way to exercise. That’s not to say that exercise and living an active lifestyle isn’t helpful. Matter of fact, I highly recommend having an exercise regimen since it will help you lose weight faster and make you feel better, too! Just remember, dont overkill yourself with spending 24 hours at the gym. Power walking, using exercise bands, coupled with healthy eating (thanks to Medifast) should be more than enough to help you achieve your weight loss goals faster and in an enjoyable way.
